Free UPS ground shipping in the CONTIGUOUS U.S.A. with each shipment over $200.00. Under $200.00 add $10.00 S&H fees. Any Train Set and Expansion Sets add an additional $10.00 per set. We can not guarantee that on multiple shipments that items on your order will not be sold out at the time of shipment. For orders that require multiple shipments that are under $200.00, shipping charges will be charged. We are not responsible for product cutbacks from any manufacturer or distributors. All items are sold on a first come first served basis. Any SPECIAL SHIPPING request (I.E. overnight, 2nd day air, international) will be charged full U.P.S. freight charges. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE will be repaired or replaced as the manufacturer stipulates within their warranty period. Transportation costs, if any, incurred by you are not covered. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE if you receive items damaged by U.P.S. Call U.P.S. at 1-800-PICK-UPS or your local U.P.S. office. Have U.P.S. pick-up the merchandise in the original boxes and send it back to us. It is U.P.S.'s responsibility to RETURN DAMAGED PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. Please enclose original invoice with a note of explanation. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES are accepted within 14 days accompanied by a note of explanation, the invoice & charge card slip. S&H fees are not refundable. Products returned in any way incomplete will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns on books, videos, or used products. GIFT CERTIFICATES We offer Gift Certificates in any dollar amount.
